Common Objections to Buying a New Home
Objection:
"I can get a bigger existing home for the same money."
Answer:
It is true that you can get an existing home with more square footage for the same money, but bigger does not mean more livable. Many older homes are poorly designed and waste a lot of space...too many hallways, impractical rooms, and blocked off rooms, etc. Our plans are designed to be functional and livable...open floor plans, few hallways, zero wasted space!
Objection:
"I don't want the hassle of moving twice and finding temporary housing while my new home is being built."
Answer:
If you can't afford to or don't want to build before your current home is sold, our Moving Up Program takes the worry and head-ache out of the process! We sell your existing home for you for 3% (to the selling office), find housing for you, movers and storage facilities (if you require them), which makes the process affordable and easy!
Objection:
"There's too many choices to make."
Answer:
We have a willing and imaginative staff ready and willing to assist you in making all your choices from colors, to flooring, electrical and plumbing fixtures and more so it all ties in together beautifully!
