Our "Moving Up" program in an exclusive program to help you get from your existing home into the home of your dreams! Here's how it works:
Step 1: List your home with us, and we will use all the latest marketing strategies along with agressive negotiation to get your home sold in a timely manner. We will list your home at 6% and give you 3% of that back at the closing of your new Dan Hines Construction home. Do the math! On a $200,000 home, 3% would be $6000 coming back to you that can be used for closing costs or down payment!! 
Step 2: We will help you line up a moving company to get you to your temporary lodging and, if needed, a storage facility to store some of your belongings.
Step 3: We have a broad selection of homes and apartments that will accept short term leases. We'll help you and your loved ones find a comfortable transitional home where you can seamlessly maintain your life with litle added stress.
Step 4: Once your new custom home is complete, we'll line up the movers to return and make the final move into your new home!
